Moseroth Leads the Way
Mr. Ran Pesach, a visionary expert who learned the wire rope production know-how at “Cable Werke Brugg” in Switzerland in the early 60s, founded Moseroth Ltd. and established a factory for the production of steel wire ropes in Netivot, in the southern part of Israel. The plant marked the beginning of the company’s journey, with the aspiration to lead the industry in Israel and provide reliable and high-quality solutions.
In 1983, Moseroth Ltd. established its second plant, focusing on the production of barbed wire fences (concertinas). The new plant marked the expansion of the company’s activities and provided a significant development in the field of security fencing solutions. With the establishment of the plant, Moseroth became a leading player in the production of high-quality fences for security and industrial needs.
In 1985, Moseroth Ltd. established its marketing and service center in Tel Aviv, with the goal of providing accessible and professional service to the company’s customers across the country. The new center became a central meeting point for private, business, and institutional clients, offering quick and effective solutions along with ongoing support in all areas of the company’s operations.
In 1994, as part of the company’s growth process, Moseroth Ltd. moved its marketing and service center from Tel Aviv to the industrial zone in Holon. The new, expanded location allowed the company to increase its operational scale, improve logistics, and provide more efficient and advanced service to customers nationwide.
In 2000, Moseroth Ltd. launched its production line for aluminum conductors, a strategic step that expanded the company’s manufacturing capabilities into the energy and infrastructure sector. The new line enabled the production of high-quality conductors, meeting international standards and addressing the growing needs of the electricity and energy industries in Israel.
In 2001, Moseroth Ltd. developed and patented a rapid-deployment fence – a unique and innovative solution that provides a fast and efficient response to security and industrial needs. This advanced development enabled the rapid installation of fencing systems while maintaining durability and reliability in changing field conditions, positioning Moseroth at the forefront of engineering solutions in the fencing industry.
In 2002, Moseroth Ltd. achieved an important milestone with its first win in a contractor tender for the installation of fences as part of the Separation Fence project between Israel and the West Bank. The victory marked the company’s high capabilities in executing large-scale national projects.
In 2005, Moseroth Ltd. established its third plant, focused on the production of aluminum conductors. The new plant, equipped with advanced technologies, enabled a significant increase in production capacity and expanded the company’s response to the energy and infrastructure industries both in Israel and globally. The establishment of the plant reinforced Moseroth’s position as a leader in the conductors industry in Israel.
In 2010, Moseroth Ltd. developed and patented a welded razor mesh resistant to cutting. This innovative development offers a fencing solution with exceptional strength and high resistance to penetration and cutting attempts, providing an optimal response to security needs and complex security challenges.
In 2011, Moseroth Ltd. participated as a contractor in the national project to construct the border fence between Israel and Egypt. The complex and strategic project required advanced engineering while dealing with unique terrain conditions and logistical challenges. The company’s contribution to the project strengthened its position as a leading entity in the field of security fencing in Israel.
In 2013, Moseroth Ltd. participated as a contractor in the national project to construct the border fence between Israel and Syria. The project presented unique challenges, both from a security and a topographical perspective, requiring resilient and advanced engineering solutions. The company’s involvement in this project represents another milestone in its expertise in the field of security fencing and its contribution to the protection of the country’s borders.
In 2015, Moseroth Ltd. participated as a contractor in the project to construct the border fence between Israel and Jordan. The project, aimed at strengthening security along the country’s eastern border, required advanced and durable fencing solutions, along with precise engineering capabilities and the ability to deal with challenging terrain conditions. The company’s involvement in this project further solidifies Moseroth’s position as a leading company in executing national-scale security projects.
In 2019, Moseroth Ltd. played a central role as a contractor in the project to construct the border fence between Israel and Gaza. In 2020, Moseroth Ltd. completed the construction of its new third plant at NOAM Park, relocating its fencing production facilities to the advanced site. The new plant was designed and built according to modern standards of efficiency, innovation, and durability, allowing the company to increase production capacity, improve logistics, and continue providing the highest quality fencing solutions.
In the October 7th, 2023 attack on Israel, the border fence with Gaza was breached at more than 100 points along its total 60 km length. A few weeks after the attack, Moseroth was signed to reconstruct the border fence with Gaza. Even though the work was done in a combat zone and under immediate security threat, Moseroth field teams acted day and night to reconstruct the border fence and bring it back to functionality.
